You guys ever watch this show?  I freakin' love it.  DVRing a KCK episode as we speak, hope it's not too Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!).

Used to love this show but it got kinda old after awhile, its the same story line everytime. Loved the ones in KCMO though.

I was always shocked at how stupid some of the people are when their being questioned by the police

(cops outside door)"Alright, we have absolutely no evidence but we know it was him because our informant(dooky) said so. We need to get him to confess

Cops open door

BLAH BLAH BLAH Getting emotional

(Cops) "I know its hurting you brotha, get it off your chest, i'ma help you"
(Criminal) "Ah man I did it, i killed him"
(Cop) "Alirght, lock this punk up"

^^^Too true.  I can't count how many cases are closed simply because the dumbass murderer is too stupid to request an attorney or at least just not admit to being anywhere the crime scene.  Overall, still a pretty good show though.

I also LOVE how caroline mason types with her huge ass nails. Probably averages about 20 WPM

Thinking you don't have the right to an attorney during questioning, unless you've been arrested.  Might be wrong though.  :dunno:

The moment the police seek to ask you a question you have the right to have legal counsel present. They only have to inform you of that right upon arresting you.
