What do we think the potential is? I came across this :surprised: tidbit.
Hubert is also in the conversation. He didn’t play last season as a freshman, but the Waco, Texas native does offer elusive speed. K-State coach LHC Bill Snyder has mentioned Hubert as a possible return/specialist.
His stats as a high school senior are also impossible to ignore. By rushing for 2,853 yards and 41 touchdowns, he broke the Waco city single-season rushing record previously held by LaDainian Tomlinson.

I think he's going to be pretty damn good. We are pretty set at the RB position for the next 3 years.

I bet he transfers after this season. But, yeah, I think he's got some nice ability.

Bubba !?!

Damnit, it had been so long since someone dropped the Bubba bomb around here.

I think that too, but another part of me thinks Bryce Brown will only play one season here, and Hubert and Robinson will split carries in 2012.
Brown will be eligible to declare after next season. That would give Hubert and Robinson a shot to be the #1 starter in 2012.

If I were Hubert, it would be awful difficult to look down the line at BB and DR and like my chances at getting many carries in my career. I could definitely see him transferring to a smaller program closer to home like an SMU, UTEP, Rice, etc.
