Heard that.

$90 for the KSU ticket? JFC you losers. We do not agree to be your rival.
-
Could it be they price K-Staters out of buying tickets so that they don't have to live through the embarassment of having Memorial Stadium mostly purple on game day? I remember the last time their first year coach faced OB (2002), and they probably don't like how THAT turned out.
-
With the push for Facebook friends, it's interesting that their promo affex all their ticket prices 'cept one.
I was going to "like" my mater till I realized it wouldn't affect the only game I'd go to.

joke's on them. little do they know what the value of the goEMAW slush fund is.

Once again completely valditing my point I tried to make to Tardville. There's no way Lew Perkins was ever going to move the ku-KState game to a neutral site, because it was one of the biggest every other year money makers he had going. K-State dominates the all time largest crowds at ku list, while mu is barely a blip on that radar (but they're a huge, huge, huge rival).

The magnitude of rivalry is directly proportionate to whether they beat that "rival". If we beat ku, we are not a rival. If ku beats us, then they have beaten a rival. Life is simple if you are a ku fan.

Well, 69 minutes to go, and they still need about 2000 facebook fans.
LOL.

Problem is they've been averaging > 70K in attendance and much more in net fund$ for their MU game since it was moved to Arrowhead.

very very very very very very very very very very DUMB of you to say that. first off they only get an allotment of 45% of Arrowhead Mizzou has 45% and Chiefs sell the other 10. Attendance in that game is drove by it having half and half. Also KU has NEVER sold out their allotment of tickets since it moved to Arrowhead.
You can run along and go jump off a bridge now

man, $90 tickets. that really kinda sucks.

It really does. But I already ordered mine. We haven't won in Lawrence since 64-0. I was there for that, gotta be in Memorial for this W as well....

"DLew's 2010 Super Kansas State Football Tour! Excite!" just got that much more expensive. Hope UNT doesn't do this to me.

Living in KC, I plan to pick where I want to sit off the many tickets on craigslist the friday before the game. Probably won't have to spend more than $30/ticket.
