Get a bar of cream cheese, a can of teeny tiny shrimp...like really tiny, they have them by the sardines.  Grab a bottle of your fav cocktail sauce. Pour sauce over the room temp bar of cream cheese.  Top with the tiny shrimp.  Ritz crackers work nicely.

BOOM DIPPED!

You're having BSAC types over, money is not a concern, and you didn't bother to consult a professional?  The failure was predetermined bro. Good luck with your next party guests, SAC types.  (shitty attorney cat)

For that raspberry chipotle dip-  its mixed and served cold.  Freaking delicious.  Got the recipe off the back of a bottle of the raspberry chiptle stuff. (Purchased at World Market)

Pretty sure so long doesn't have green onion.  Also So Long is obviously served warm.  (Got recipe from "someone in the "know"")  :gocho:

actually does have onion in it. just not scallions. should use red onion and then green for plating if you use green at all.

and if you want to do anything with that cream cheese you should prolly warm it up at least a little. but essentially this is the recipe for the chipotle black bean dip from so long.

also i agree with clams. this thread should be retitled "dip recipes for trailer park trailer showings for people who people whose only idea of a fancy dip is whatever leftovers from customers their gfs/sisters can bring home from their jobs at Applebees."

hummus is pretty classy and super easy with a food processor. white people especially like it because it is foreign and they generally don't know what the eff they are tasting for.

Curious why you would call it espinaca dip and then use american cheese.  Aren't there any good melting cheeses from mexico?
