people really seem to be sleeping on colorado this year for some reason.  it's like they think cu was however good they were last year because of bzey.

just thorne.  decent player, but like the smartest thing fff ever said, anytime you only lose one player, you're better the next year.

i guess crawford might have quit too.  not going to change the fff quote though.

hornbuckle left too.

so maybe forget the one player rule and just concentrate on them having two of the best players in the big 12.

Stunningly, Doc couldn't close on Thomas, he recently committed to Fla St

http://www.jjhuddle.com/news/print/2010/9/22/?year=2010&month=9&day=22&title=withrows-thomas-commits-to-florida-state

Don't worry though, Doc is hot on the trail of Hoopy Jones, who isn't the same caliber of prospect as Thomas, but is still a good player with an awesome nickname, which makes me very jealous.

"I think probably the best thing Bill Self has got going for him is, no question, his wife Cindy," Sadler said. "I don't know, probably the funnest one that people can relate to, Final Four was somewhere, Cindy got pickpocketed on an elevator, she came down all frustrated, telling Bill about it. He said, 'No problem, they won't spend as much money as you're gonna spend.' "

Sadler then suggested Self had "outkicked his coverage," as they say.

"He ain't no stud, no, but no question, he caught Cindy on a downer," Sadler said. 'There's no question about it."
