Goddamn Google Chrome is jacked up and I can't seem to find any solutions to the issue. So, I am looking to change browsers. Currently using Safari, but I can't use it for Netflix, which annoys the hell out of me. Ditto for Opera. eff IE, that crap sucks. For some reason, I just freaking hate Firefox. Any suggestions?

I'm giving it a whirl. You think it would be better to go with the beta, or an earlier version? I noticed quite a few of the add-ons are not available for the beta version...

Adblock and download statusbar (my 2 must haves) are available in the 4.0 beta, so I stuck with it.

That post was tounge-in-cheek. Extensions like ad-block are great. Toolbars are resource monsters that will eat your soul and limit porn gathering speed.

Gotcha. I only really want an organization add-on. Something that would store favorite pages for quick access, kinda like Opera or Chrome?

Never used either one. I use Safari at work and Firefox at home. I have both configured to remember the history for two days, which lets me type "g" and it brings up goEMAW, gmail and a couple other sites in my address bar. Works great for those sites you visit pretty much every day. If it's not that often, just physically bookmark it. Remember to go into private browsing before viewing anything you wouldn't want the wife/gf/dog to see and you won't have the problem of the wife hopping on the computer hitting "s" and seeing sexwithgoats.com.

You would think browser developers would just call it porn mode by now, everyone knows what its for.

They store your favorite or most popular sites in the little boxes, enabling you to visit them with one click. Really like that feature.

shocking that JTKSU doesn't know how to use a computer. this really came out of left field.

You can do that in Firefox too (addon). Personally I hate the feature though. I can type the first few letters of the site I want to go to faster than I can click on a box of my most visited sites

Yeah, Safari has that and I use it at work because the screen come up when you open a new tab. So if I'm browsing goEMAW and someone gets close to walking by ctrl-t and it's "oh he's looking at sites related to work. At home it's just the address bar though.

Found a decent speed dial add-on. Very similar to Opera. Nice because you can turn it off/on easily. Guess I'm officially converted to Firefox.
