1 can of tuna
Squeeze bottle of mayo

Open can of tuna.  Drain oil. Squeeze bottle of mayo in to the tuna. Mix lightly with fork. Salt and pepper to taste.

Enjoy.

I can't stand the tuna, but I do enjoy chicken salad.  Building off of a quality chicken salad recipe I recommend this:

Add sliced grapes (green), cashews, diced celery, and (this is up for debate) diced apple.

tuna + tomato + avocado + mayo-type product of yer choice, served on toast.  Coincidentally, I am enjoying this for dinner tonight as I read the thread.  This is a huge upgrade over the traditional.

have you tried experimenting with different types of tuna?  that's one option, like get the can that costs $3 for chunk albacore.

i just load mine up with a ton of fresh cracked pepper, salt/sodium, mayo.  miracle whip need not apply.

You could try swapping salmon with tuna. Grandma makes salmon salad every month or so, it's pretty tasty.

This. Slice of tomato and slice of cheddar on top. The tuna salad is tuna + hard boiled eggs + mayo + relish.
