I have been told this morning that Dr. Tracz has contacted “real composers” to re do the Wildcat March. I cannot wait to hear what Hanz Zimmer comes up with for the Kansas State Wildcats.

John Philip Sousa was a real piece of crap

Is the wildcat march the fight song or one of the other ceremonial songs played while the cool kids are still in the parking lot?

some posters have “it”, some don’t

It's the one song part of the pregame that is just, has no words or anyone cares about.
Related, I wish we could also just drop the pledge of allegiance, the preamble of the constitution, and the few lines of the declarations of independence to shorten it but we never will but I also think if they just didn't do it very few would actually care. Just do the national anthem, it's already patriotic enough.

I'm good. If I want to read terrible posts I'll read whatever dax is up to today.

Cf3 aka New WackyTuck
His posting blows on every conceivable level, but it's adorable nonetheless

Dang, hadn't thought about WC08 for a min. Hope he's good.

The lamest pregame of any P5 school I've ever seen, and I've been to approximately 15 different P5 football venues and 4 G6 venues.
Only an absolute loser thinks things like the KWM belongs in a pre-game show and the COA needs to be exited out with extreme prejudice.
A thoroughly lame affair to start an uninspired effort by KSU Qhatz.
EMAW'ers voted early with their feet.

The complaints about wildcat march are so weird. If you've been to all these college football stadiums you must know that every single marching band plays songs 15-20 minutes before kickoff that aren't intended to pump the crowd up and only means anything to a small number of people sitting in the stands at the time.
-
I’ve never heard the wildcat march.
-
They can keep the march, the COA needs to go.
The SSB is perfectly sufficient to check off the 'Merica component of a sporting event.

I thought this was going to be an announcement about Tracz retiring....
Do the band kids like being forced to get out of bed at 2:30am to welcome the team back?
Sounds like torture to me.
