Anybody catch the two tone jerseys in that video? I don't think I've ever seen those.

These,  MIR?  1982 home game vs KU... first KSU night game aired on TBS.

Team warmed up in standard purples, and returned to locker room where Jim Dickey and Shortt Kleinae unveiled these for the game.

I was in the marching band.  When the team ran out the trombone section kind of stopped playing for a second when we saw the jersey switch and looked at each other like wtf!

Dear LHC Bill Snyder,
Thank you for saving KSU football and probably KSU as well.

I will take this moment to get on my soap box... having not brought these back as an alternative uniform, even for one game, is a travesty. Honor our first bowl team ever, auction the jerseys/helmets off for charity, whatever.

Prior to the gray helmets, they were silver with the KSU side decals.  That would even be acceptable.

Not specific to this situation but just a general comment:

I think if teams want to do throwback jerseys they should also do throwback pads and facemasks
