It's in the best interest of national unity for the court to convict Hunter Biden and to sentence him to time in jail. Absolutely no one on the left (except maybe his dad) gives two shits if Hunter rots in jail or not, and every soul on the right wants the death penalty for Hunter. Putting him in prison is the right thing to do.
-
I'm not even sure what he's being charged with.

I'm not even sure what he's being charged with.
Being horny
-
We are inching closer to KK's desire to round up the political class and execute them on the front lawn of the whitehouse
-
It would be a good step towards prosecuting the whole of The Grifters Biden and the pay to play operation that has run for years.
But Pedo Pete's own words, it's clear that Hunter Biden the tip of the spear for The Grifters Biden and a valued business associate of the sitting POTUS
Ukraine-Romania-Vietnam-Russia-China-Cyprus and many points beyond . . . The Grifters Biden was and is a world wide operation.
-
Hunter and Jared should each be given a short blade knife and made to fight. Winner gets to keep on.

I mean, you are just saying you want kushner dead. hunter would mop the floor with him

Is there any evidence of the grifters biden or are we going to have to fabricate some?

Hunter Biden: Pedophile and Sex Trafficker . . . among many other things

The Laptop is Real - The Department of Justice (And it is a treasure trove of financial transactions)
It's    when you go into purposeful ignorance mode
-
You're right dax, I should have been more clear. Is there any evidence of illegallity by the grifters biden? As far as I know financial transactions aren't inherently illegal(?)

I suppose that's TBD. I wonder why Tony Blinks orchestrated one of the greatest misinformation/disinformation campaigns in our modern history to claim that the laptop was a Russian intelligence operation, if the laptop itself is a nothing burger.
Seems like kind of weird thing to do for just a humble laptop. But we are talking #blueanon here - Where complete whackadoo lives 24/7/365
Edit: If we employ #blueanon logic equally and fairly here. The Bidens are guilty AF.
-
Full of humble male genitals pics from what I have gathered
-
Well, I am not going to get in the way of #blueanongE proclivity to fantasize sexually about the Biden's.
But I will accept your tapout
Cue another 40 posts about Biden dusty cranks and fantasizing about elder sex . . . 3-2-1 . . .

Financial crimes - none

Not the epoch times, I refuse to believe it.
-
The house committee has discussed numerous financial transactions by the Biden's. It's been discussed in the Biden thread.
Money flowing through some of the most notorious money laundering operations and countries in the world, filtered through various U.S. banks and ultimately into Biden family bank accounts.
Curious timing of Biden both Joe/Hunter trips to China which were immediately followed by ongoing financial investment into Biden businesses by Chinese entities
IRS agents testifying that they were called in by none other than U.S. intelligence and told to back off
Etc. etc.
Again, this has been discussed and usually #blogkaren or Lick rages out the most, but I suppose StalkerBot.7 is going to take up the mantle in this thread.
-
"discussed numerous financial transactions"
-
Iirc the house has also discussed numerous Hunter Biden male genitals pics :th_twocents:
-
Stalkerbot . . . numerous posts about this in the Biden thread.
If you don't believe the Biden's are grifters, just say so. Again, it seems super weird that there would be such an orchestrated attempt to discredit a laptop if it was just dick pics and Hunter banging underage hookers.
Again, deploying #blueanon logic equally and fairly, anyone involved in U.S. politics that has done business with foreigners is corrupt AF and probably under control of the foreign entities.
-
Interesting that dax doesn't even mention the thing hunter Biden is actually being changed with (IRL!!) and has actual evidence against him (IRL!!).
-
Why is that interesting? You are so rough ridin' weird, my gawd
He tried to get it tossed (not his crank) again and got laughed out of court . . . again.
-
IRL means "In Real Life"
-
I know what it means.

You toss a salad, not a crank. The old man is trying to fit in with 30 year old slang again

Sorry Pete, but #blueanongE is just not going to tolerate any bad things said about the Bidens

Hunter had his dad listed as "Pedo Peter" in his phone at one point in time.
Per a certain HOA beautification and fines committee co-chair that visits this blog frequently, it's absolutely normal for a grown ass man to list his father as "Pedo" in their phone.
-
oh. well i think Hunter is a giant douchebag that would call his dad something like that.

I'm stumped on this one.

Well, unless we can stick it to the Biden Family, Inc. bastards then maybe a little infringement will be okay?
-
If you lie on a gun form you need to go to jail.
-
So am I understanding correctly that the entirety of the Biden Crime Family has been indicted for as many or fewer crimes than the CEO of the epoch times? That seems patently absurd, if so.
-
It's amazing how Joe (Pedo Pete?) is able to rig the entire court system against Trump but can't get his own son out of these pud charges!
-
They got Al Capone on tax evasion.

The best part here is how hard #blueanongE fights for The Grifters Biden.
Now featuring deflection on to . . . The Epoch Times

Why didn't bill barr charge hunter?

Trim's inability to read the room never gets old, it's just fantastic

In a case like this, is the jury supposed to determine if the law is constitutional in the first place, or does the defense have to save that argument for appeal to the supreme court? I think he probably ends up guilty if the whole defense is that he wasn't actually on any drugs.

I wonder which of the 20 or so shell companies will pay the fine, if he's fined.
Joe is apparently hanging out in just down the road.

Stay tuned

So little time. If you had Serbia as a location for the Life and Times of The Grifters Biden, then Yahtzee!!
All from that Russian intelligence laptop, now ID'd in a court of law as being authentic. While Biden family members are openly accosting those that if put the information found therein out into the world. While the FBI sits on an entire supplemental trove of additional records from phones and cloud based storage, and has done so for over 4.5 years and counting. I wonder why?
Mark Doyle was a registered foreign agent of Serbia.

I get it Pete, but you have #blueanongE regulars who don't think The Grifters Biden is real, and sadly for our nation, The Grifters Biden is very very real and who knows just how compromised our POTUS really is. Sadly, we've got #blueanon political leaders who have and will be fighting this every step of the way, and those in the bureaucratic/intelligence/justice core who have worked extraordinarily hard to protect Joe Biden. Why? I'll never understand. Joe has always been at his core, an absolute turd.
-
In the case at hand, the question on the firearm sales form was "Are an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?"
Whew! I bought an 870 Wingmaster from Cabellas a couple years ago and vaguely recall answering that, but luckily I was not in active addition to alcohol. All my other guns are inherited.
Hunter is pretty mumped tho, because by all accounts he was addicted to crack when he answered the question falsely.

Sadly, I think both the left and the right have progressed to the point where both sides are willing to tolerate all manner of undesirable behavior as long as their side "wins" and their agenda is forwarded. The days of voting for the person are behind us. It's like sports now....MCMW, or at least a "as long as we win, I don't care" attitude. Just like pointing out the failures of a sports team player's personal life, it all falls on def ears as long as the team wins.

Pete this is the pit and i would appreciate if, in the future, you would not try to bring nuance down here. You see, we here at blueanongE full throatedly endorse any and all actions of the currently elected President, and by extension, his progeny, and by extension, anyone who has ever been elected under our party (even if you weren't old enough to vote at the time they were elected). And we do so without question because we are sycophants. Do we actually at our core condone such behaviors? Possibly. But what matters most is that we are completely uncritical of Our Guy (he is Our Guy, like it or not, but trust me you like it) and i guess what i'm trying to say is, this is your personality now. Oh, you participated in the electoral process? And you voted for Joe Biden? Curious! Hey quick follow up question since you voted for Joe Biden could you tell me what exactly does his dusty old crank taste like since you are sucking it constantly 24/7??? The life and times of bluenanongE. Pathetic, but 1x10^100% on brand. tragic.

True. But that said, I certainly don't think that Don Trump is by any means perfect. But the fact is, there's been an orchestrated campaign to undermine him every step of the way by those who were actually doing what they've accused him of doing. There's a quote floating around out there that's been attributed to both Nazi and Communist leaders over there years. So the authenticity is questionable . . . but it's to accuse your enemies of that in which you are doing. The East German Stasi had a methodology called Zersetuzung (attrition or corrosion) and part of that method was to continually engage in activities of de-legitimization against the alleged enemies of the state.
Even the very highest of #blueanon media sources have (for example) talked about the "missing" Russia-Russia-Russia file which some believe exposes the whole operation on the part of Don Trump's political enemies and that's the real reason behind this whole very overblown documents proceeding. While they protect their guy by going so far as to claim he's too mentally feeble to stand trial for his crimes in his years long mishandling of classified information.

Hunter is pretty mumped tho, because by all accounts he was addicted to crack when he answered the question falsely.
I really dislike the question because people in recovery are still addicted. It should read "have you taken cocaine, meth, (insert other drugs stronger than marijuana), or had more than 4 alcoholic beverages within a 24 hour period at any time over the past 12 months?"
-
Dax can't even resist glazing trump in the lock hunter up thread lmao

StalkerBot.7: All Trump-All the time . . . and never ever has anything to say about the topic unless he's getting :curse: :curse: because someone is saying mean things about his boy Pedo Pete and family.

I agree, or word it to be in "active addition." There's a REALLY big difference in behavior between someone who is currently in active addition to crack and someone who is in recovery for an extended period of time from crack.

Lol at a cutoff for anything being 5+ drinks in 24 hours.
It's not a very enforceable rule, anyway. Basically would just create a 1 year waiting period for anyone who gets a DUI (or gets arrested for throwing a sandwich at someone).

Your rule enforced would be a 1-year waiting period for most people who go to happy hour and dinner, or a pool/lake in summer, or a sporting event, etc.
I wouldn’t even want.a cutoff for having set the roosters okc vodka record a day earlier.

Yeah, those people could just stop drinking so much if they want a gun. Or they could just continue lying on the form like they are already doing when it asks if they are addicted to a depressant.

Hunter Biden and his council's strategy here is completely confusing to me and it seems like he's, at best, a very bad and selfish person. The evidence that he was on crack when he completed this application is unimpeachable. The dude literally wrote in his biography that he was addicted to crack during the time line in which he completed the application. They have text messages from him, at the time, telling several people he was using crack.
I don't get why he just didn't plead guilty, or no contest, if possible. He's not going to jail so who gives a eff? Now because of his hubris, his mother and his wife have to hear testimony about how much of a piece of crap he is. His dead brothers widow is going to have to give public testimony about her rough ridin' and smoking crack with her dead husbands brother.
Did y'all hear what the defense is? It's that hunter was not addicted to crack, he just used it a couple of times. He was addicted to alcohol instead. lol. I know Abbe Lowell is a big swinging attorney dick, but give me a break with this crap.

They are going to make an example of him, as well they should.
-
He should get whatever other people who lie on the form get. And the form should be changed to something a lot more quantifiable than "are you addicted?" if we are going to prosecute people based on how they fill it out.

Yeah, I'm aware of that. I didn't say take a plea bargain, I said plead guilty. He wrote a book where he talked about smoking crack every 15 minutes. He knew they had his text messages talking about his crack usage. He's the definition of caught in 4K. I just don't see the upside for him for having this trial.
-
The best part is that #blueanongE thinks that buying a gun while lying on an application is all Hunter was up to.
Completely avoiding the fact that Hunter was the tip of the spear for The Grifters Biden and their $20 million dollar plus pay to play operation filtered through shell corps, mega corrupt countries and the bigggest money laundering financial institutions in the world.
Some of the biggest transactions coming through our nations most substantial geo-strategic advisory. Going to entities who don’t do anything but shuffle paper around between shell corps and money around to various banks.
As one expert indicated, the full telltale signs of a classic money laundering operation.
Edit: Similar to the Clinton Grift where non profit ratings entities refrained from putting a rating on them for several years because of their maze of sub entities.

Our justice system heavily favors the defendant, especially so if you are even remotely famous. It's always going to be in your best interest to plead not guilty without some sort of plea bargain on the table.

The problem is that this DOJ will trying to sneak all kinds of amazing BS into a plea bargain to protect The Grifters Biden. The last attempt thankfully got laughed at with extreme prejudice

Just hit the CEFC timeline. I can assure all readers that if this involved Pubs we'd already have about 10 special counsels (even if the special counsel statute that requires Congressional approval is expired)

"The keys (to) my family's only asset"
The timeline, front corps and accounts are classic money laundering technique(s)
How do we know what’s bullshit and what’s real?

Your DOJ has taken the stand in a court of law and said the laptop is real. That's why it's the "Laptop from hell" . . . of course the FBI continues to sit on additional cellphone and cloud stored files after 4.5 years.

I'm just glad to know that at least one person representing a foreign government in the Biden orbit was a registered foreign agent. Sadly he was peddling one of the biggest grift nations in the world.

I realize that Hunter Biden once owned a lap top that was stolen and given to Rudy. And that lap top is full of Hunter banging hookers and snorting coke and smoking crack everywhere.

Using history as our guide nothing pisses off #blueanon/#blueanongE/#neocongE more than people who do business with Russia.
While Joe was VPOTUS, Hunter and bros via one of their shell companies was getting $3.5 million from Russians which they then shuffled around between shell corps and wire transferred TF out those funds.
To do what? Nobody knows. Oh and Hunt's also got an $80k car out of the deal(s) as well. Joe, Hunts et. al had a nice dinner with this little Russian junta.
The Grifters Biden
-
I am totally fine with Hunter getting fully held accountable for whatever he did.
What do you guys think is the full monetary value of Hunter's grifts? Just order of magnitude?
-
It's not Grifter Hunter, it's The Grifters Biden.
The whole family was in on it, and as Hunts so eloquently stated in an email, he's not going to let just anyone have the keys to the family asset (singular)
-

I don't think cocaine abuse usually results in any sort of monetary gain.

If you took Joe’s(are we calling him Pete now?) entire bagillion years in office, added up all of the Crime Family grifting, and added up all of the Crime Family associates’ grifting, where do we think that number is?
Couple hundo mill?
-
I think that's a fair number if you're using only the influence buying/selling part of the equation. I suspect the totality of the deals is far higher.
James Biden is another rabbit hole of raw influence peddling.

Well, it’s not only topped by the Clinton’s.
Jered got $2b in one pay for play deal alone. In top of that he and his wife earned $600m while Don was in the White House.
Maybe we should start charging our leaders to hold the position rather than paying them?

The difference of course is that everyone knew about the Sovereign Wealth Fund investing in Kushner's company AFTER he left the White House. If you can point me to the laundry list of notorious money laundering banks and countries the Saudi's wired their money through that ultimately ended up in Affinity Funds accounts, I would appreciate it. It's not great, but if we're going to start prosecuting people for getting even more rich after they leave official positions, there's a lot of people going to jail. Including the majority of Joe's administration, who rolled hard on K street after Obama, and just about everyone who served in the military at any rank of substance.
The timeline of The Grifters Biden aligns with almost his entire time in office, and ramps up substantially when he was VPOTUS. With entities located in geo-strategic adversary countries and points beyond investing in The Grifters Biden while Joe was VPOTUS. A very scant few people would have known about any of this stuff without things like the laptop, and a handful of people trying wave the red flag to tell people that the Biden's were out there selling their singular asset, Sen and VPOTUS Joe Biden. This wasn't held in trust kind of stuff, this was profiteering off the sitting VPOTUS.

yeah its pretty weird to think that the guy who was/is/will continue to be absolutely obsessed with hunter biden's laptop (in fact, i'm not sure there is one other poster on this blog who even talked about it unless it was responding to something you said on the topic) might have some strong opinions about the verdict.
-
BTW . . . I couldn't possibly give a single crap about this conviction. The best part about this is watching #blueanon try to gloss over the fact that the DOJ attempted to sneak an absolutely  plea deal through the court a few months ago without ever asking why our DOJ protects the Biden's like they do.

It's absolutely amazing to see you continually seek to avoid what was on that laptop and totally avoid discussing a network of shell companies and banks that if presented to Federal law enforcement as involving you or I . . . we would be subjected to a multi-Federal Agency Fist rough ridin' for the ages.

Sheesh. Maybe there's something substantial with the tax stuff, but it seems so weird to me that someone would actually be prosecuted for a gun he probably never even fired.

Why are you always 4 or 5 laps down?
Did you just memory hole the entire attempt to plea Hunts out and then insert language which granted him additional immunity for (potential) additional crimes?
In court on Wednesday, Noreika, a Trump appointee, raised concerns about the parties linking Hunter Biden's tax plea agreement to the deal on the gun charge and over whether or not a provision in the deal would grant Hunter Biden blanket immunity -- meaning that the government would not prosecute more broadly going forward.

By all accounts, when they tried to get the judge to agree to the plea deal it was obvious to all observers the both the prosecution and defense thought they collectively had a cake walk. Then the questions started and the red faces and the stammering began and went on for 3 plus hours.

The easiest way to get #blueanongE raging out is to repeatedly discuss the abject humiliation that Joe's DOJ was subjected to on 7/26/23 in Delaware USA

All I'm hearing is that the justice system worked, and yet, you bitch ...
-
All I'm seeing is you collectively avoiding the absolutely humiliating and flaccid attempt by Joe's DOJ to slam through a ridiculous plea deal for your boy's son. To the point that they had no choice but to prosecute to the fullest extent, less they be hammered for unbridled partisan favoritism.

The best part out of all this, is that #blueanongE believe I think this is some kind of big deal and that I'm mad that Hunter was rightfully convicted.
I'll state again, the only thing I care about is Joe's DOJ obviously trying to protect Joe and his kid in July 2023 and summarily being destroyed by the judge in this case. This conviction in the most slam dunk prosecutions you'll ever see is absolutely meaningless.
Why is the DOJ protecting absolute turds like The Grifters Biden? Something you'll never-ever see #blueanon/#blueanongE asking.
I'm just looking forward to the next round of Merrick Garland getting questioned and getting all red faced and stammering as he (once again) can't find the words to explain why his DOJ continues to protect The Biden's.

The CIA says it's a lie and of course #blueanon will believe them. Just like #blueanon believed the Blinks disinformation campaign on Hunts laptop.
The saddest thing of all, is that #blueanon/#blueanongE will never-ever ask why Federal officials in agencies such as the IRS keep stepping up and telling all of these "lies" subsequently jeopardizing their careers and reputations. There's no real gain for them in them disclosing how they've stonewalled, but certainly much to lose.

so just to recap:
the justice system worked as intended
justice was served
the real issue here, is that hunter's attorneys attempted to get him to plea to a diversion. Nevermind the fact that the attempt was unsuccessful, (see above about justice system working). but the fact that they had the audacity to try. unreal.
just my honest opinion here, but 2 things really bother me about this case:
1. that hunter was even allowed to have a defense at all in the first place. and
2. that his attorneys provided him with a vigorous defense. like what the actual hell? 2 tiered justice system at its finest.

As stated once they got called on it, both teams turned into a giant piles of bumbling and stammering goo and ended up exiting the courthouse in total humiliation knowing they had been absolutely mumped.

dax there's a lot of procedural stuff that happens in a court of law that is unsuccessful. For example, after closing arguments, it is pretty much a given that the defense will assert that the state has failed to prove its case and make a motion to dismiss. It is unsuccessful like 99.9999999% of the time but the defense attorney is still going to make that motion anyway.

There were very specific reasons why the court rejected this deal. Just say you don't know what they were and we'll all move on.

It's pretty simple. The judge was skeptical that it was a square deal given the information and rejected it. As a result, Hunter is now a convicted felon. Sounds like the guardrails held.

Yes, everyone is just supposed to believe that it was just skeptical judge and that the DOJ prosecution wasn't trying to ram a sweetheart deal through for the POTUS son.
The hours of red faces and stammering around like derps that followed the judges questioning are too be completely ignored. Again, by a number of direct observational accounts, both sides thought they had a slam dunk. The judge in so many words clearly indicating that the deal as written appeared to be trying to the pull the wool over the courts eyes and her exact words were that there appeared to be an expectation of a "rubber stamp".

I just can't get enough of watching #blueanongE try to gloss over the sweatheart deal Joe Biden's DOJ tried to foist on our country on the behalf of Joe's kid . . . and continue to respond and get a little triggered every time its brought up.
If Joe Biden's incarceration nation were still fully in play (it still is for many) and Hunts was just a commoner, very strong possibility he'd already be in prison. No sweatheart blanket immunity deal (attempt) for you!
#blueanongE: Trigged by both memes and idioms

We got him tho dax, he couldn’t outrun the system forever and we finally got him. You should be happy.

Huge win for maga. They finally got a w after 1,231 losses in a row

It's almost like dug purposely didn't see the absolute beat down SCOTUS gave out in (one example) the attempt to keep Trump off the ballot in some states.
Kind of sad for a dude who is all MAGA/All Don Trump . . . all the time.

Next up we'll see if the statute of limitations comes into play in CA, and amazingly enough, after review of the court documents, they list one occupation for Hunts as . . . Lobbyist.
Unregistered lobbyist for foreign entities? Stay tuned . . .
Oh and stay tuned if the DOJ was able to slow play this enough.
-
Hopefully they nail his ass if the facts and the law warrant doing so.

Specific references to Ukraine and China.
Again, did Hunts protectors run out the clock?? :blank:
-
Oh (another post to trigger certain people) the House select committee criminally referred James Biden on 6/5 . . . false statements
-
On the bright side, at least dax is citing SCOTUS as a win for maga and not citing it as another instance of the guardrails of democracy holding. He might actually be turning a corner! (He's not)

I appreciate BAC continually reminding this blog that Joe Biden's DOJ attempted to usurp the guardrails of Democracy in July of 2023 by trying to slam a sweetheart blanket immunity through the court at the behest of the POTUS (who by numerous accounts intimidated and raged out repeatedly on the DOJ as to why this investigation(s) was continuing after being stonewalled for years, and ultimately witness tampered and has repeatedly lied about his son's and his families business dealings and pay to play operations) . . . walking into the courtroom anticipating the court would just rubber stamp the deal, only to get absolutely crushed.

Yeah, good job BAC

To go further on BAC reminding us that the DOJ has potentially crap all over the guardrails of Democracy is the fact that they (potentially at the behest of the CIA) may have executed a slow roll well enough, that they've run out the clock on a myriad of other investigations and potential additional charges against the Grifters Biden.
Democracy dies in the darkness . . . (afterall)

Agree with all that stuff dax just said

Had forgotten about that because it wasn't a serious attempt but grats on 2-1,598 record

There's been plenty more, just surprised that #slowdug - All Maga - All the Time isn't aware. Okay, not really surprised.
