We continue to make turnovers and give up offensive rebounds. We're just not very good.

Buddy Rich needs to play more.

Tang constantly complains about turnovers, but seems not able to coach the team from making too many. Cam five in the first half.

We are super limited on guards that can produce.  Playing the best we have right now.

Perry just not knocking down open 3s.

It'll be a parade to the line the rest of the half for WSU. Let's see Rich.

Our defense has improved. I'm hoping that's where the coaching emphasis has been recently and that's why the offense looks so lackluster.

Methodical win, I guess you could call it.

Wichita State should just shut down their sports programs.

If Perry could score literally anything in first halves it would be a lot better.

He was 3-11 from three tonight. The three 3s were in the second half and it helps erase the fact he shot he didn't have a good shooting night. He had a number of wide-open looks he missed that could have broken the game wide open. He made better than 41 percent from 3 the last two years. That guy needs to show up for us.

He likes to shoot threes going weird directions instead of just squaring up. Needlessly often times. Maybe just don’t do that imo.

Finister had more minutes last night. I was a bit puzzled by that.

Grinder win, great crowd, K-State isn’t very good and WSU is worse

he’s earned his minutes in practice and i’m guessing tang is trying to find some chemistry that is obviously missing on the floor

you can’t just roll out ~150 new minutes per game onto the floor and expect high level basketball.

If Perry could score literally anything in first halves it would be a lot better.

It seems to me that the quantity of time it takes him to receive a pass, collect his shot, and shoot is waaay too long to be a shooting guard. It seems to limit the amount of opportunities he actually gets to turn into shots.

Same with his step back into a shot.

If we had Quis and could draw opponents off of TP, just set TP up on the wing, like a Steve Kerr, he would probably avg 20/gm.

Got RJ's minutes. My guess is RJ was injured/sick, or one of the coaching things where Finister has been practicing well and RJ hasn't.

Everytime the crowd was ready to get behind the start of the run, they either turned the ball over or let WSU have an easy layup.

They worked hard to repeatedly kill momentum.

Both of these things are true.

As I sat there in my lavender quarter zip, I was amazed at how many lavender quarter zips I saw. Nike literally sold tens of thousands of these things. You hope they leaned lessons about providing good gear to K-State fans. That lavender out against Oklahoma State will look interesting.

Let's hope there's an NIL cut involved.
