Title: Arthur Kaluma Appreciation Thread
Post by: Sandstone Outcropping on December 09, 2023, 08:40:33 AM
This is a thread for discussing Arthur Kaluma. I've really enjoyed watching him this season. He seems like a very unique kind of a Swiss Army knife guy with a variety of great tools. Really enjoyed watching him finish at the rim in transition, swish threes and rebound like a maniac against Villanova. What are your thoughts, fellow Catfans? What is his ceiling? I could see him as a second-team all conference type of guy.

He might have a promising future in the triple jump he’s already 2/3 the way there

Has any Cat ever had a better looking EuroStep?

I don’t watch many games in the preseason, but I do listen pretty often and they seem to call Kaluma’s name a lot, which I assume is good.

17pts and 10 boards for #24 today. Very solid effort.

He's our guy now that Tomlin has transferred.  Hopefully his perimeter shooting continues to stay hot.

If I listened to losery Creighton fans, I'd believe him to be a ball hog in love with his shot. He scored 17 today 6-8 fg shooting and 3-4 from 3. Frankly, I wish he would have shot more.

He’s been very efficient the last two games.

You have to remember that Creighton fans have completely smooth brains.  100% lobeless.

It was really fun watching him play today. He crushed, Cam crushed, great times all around. I’m happy for our guy. Things seem to be clicking and Kaluma is a big part of that.

I've started referring to them as "Kaluma Strikes". It annoys the crap out of my family.
