I have been to Troy and have viewed their stadium in person.
It was hot AF on that day and thus I did not spend long looking around.
Alabama State and South Alabama have nicer stadiums, as does UAB and JSU

Drove thru Troy, Alabama three years ago. It is surrounded by a strange belt of highways. They don't build on-ramps and off-ramps in Alabama. Just a giant ring of concrete and asphalt punctuated by an interminable series of stoplights. You have to admire the perseverance of student-athletes who come from such a place.
