I watched The Monty Show/PATC and both said UW talked to B!G today and were told it might be an invite at the next network negotiations, so they got with Big XII officials today about joining info. Nothing sure yet. UO and UU are sticking; at least that is what they are saying for now. EDIT: watching John Kurtz and he's saying the same thing. Also thinks UU may be left out , since BY said he only wants schools that want to be part of the Big XII.

I certainly prefer UW and UO, but I do greatly prefer CU to the other PAC schools. Utah is close for me, but that is ONLY because I want to watch them play BYU every year.

I will be forever grateful to CU for making the final move that resulted in the meltdown of the PAC 12. This will be extremely entertaining. It's almost like CU was a long-term strategic implant by the Big 12 so we can enjoy this moment 13 years later.

If Oregon and Washington come, we should make them start calling themselves OU and WU, in old Big 8 style. Texas was never a good fit because of this, and look what happened. WU is hard to pronounce, so dubba dub U also works.

The only difference between Limon and Boulder is the backdrop.

Agree. All this buzz around them is a breath of fresh air for the Big 12. Rooting for Prime to win as many games in the PAC this year so we all look better to the College Football gods that be.

I got to break the news to two different CU fans yesterday, one was incredibly jacked about it. The other, a May CU grad, said "You mean the Big 10? Prime was going to get us in the Big 10." She's from Wisconsin.
