Some seniors are leaving after this season. Gotta stay focused on enjoying every moment of Cat hoops.

Unless there is some kind of weather event tomorrow the OOD is going to be absolutely packed
-
I hope it's absolutely electric. Quis and Johnson deserve it!
If Tang keeps this going and sticks around a while, I will remember Johnson and Nowell a lot like Beas and Walker in terms of building a program.
-
A party-rocking 20+ point blowout would be just what the doctor ordered.
-
We need that last pelt.
-
Moser has been dreading this day all season

When your CFB team makes it to a N6 bowl and your NFL team wins the Super Bowl, the CBB season seems super short.

Get yo slop!
-
Goodness this game is awful. We need to go on a run.
-
This is rough ridin' brutal
-
Zebras are giving us the AFH treatment tonight, feels good.
-
Greene shooting rom 3 early in the shot clock is definitely a choice
-
Desi.
Beast.
-
We should do that more.

We got a lot of folks that act like the first half of a first half of one of 18 conference games is the equivalent of the Dr. Pepper OT.
-
Nice run to close out the half!
-
The second 10 minutes of that half was much less rough ridin' brutal.
-
Doom seems very loud. I like.
-
This is fun

If this second half team shows up the rest of March we are doing nothing but cutting down nets.
-
When 'Quis is on, we are unstoppable.
-
I like it when Cats are having fun
-
Lets keep the pedal to the effin floor.
-
We are totally showing off
-
tons of DOBing tonight
-
N'Guessan needs to dunk more.
-
Need a few Tykei Green dunks to finish this bitch off
-
Wanna hear Doom go sonic one more time.
-
Dunks upon dunks .....
-
speaking of dunks it's super cringe our coaches all wear dunks. strong fellow kids energy, and also dunks aren't cool anymore. everyone and their mom has one now.
-
This team is coming back into better shape, and hopefully moves into peaking right in time for this month
-
curtis kelly with undoubtedly the worst attempt at a wabash that i’ve ever seen, good grief
-
Glorious.
-
How do you go from a team that couldn’t get an invite to the CBI to a 2 seed? Unbelievable.

1 seed can still be in play!

Tang chose the right job and we chose the right guy. It’s such a perfect fit.
-
Perfect senior night
-
God dammit. The end of that game was so awesome. Awbry getting on the board, the seniors all checking out, the whole team Wabashing, Curtis kind of Wabashing. I was all
-
Hot damn. Great games all around. Tomlin 8 for 9. Sills almost with a triple-double with 15 pts, 9 rebs and 8 assits, johnson with 16 and Nowell 10 assists with only 1 TO (tthat's what I'm talking about). And DOBs all night long.
That was just entertaining basketball.
-
This team may never lose again.
-
We're in full stride rn.
-
Is 2nd place in the Big 12 still in play for these cats? Texas just lost.

I am pretty sure Cats have the 2 seed if they win Saturday. Win the 3 way tie with Texas and Baylor if both also win, based on their 3-1 record against them. If Texas loses and Baylor wins we have it on h2h with Baylor. If Baylor loses and Texas wins, we get it based on having better record against Baylor(we would have same record vs KU)

That’s entirely up to KU and Bob Huggins

This team may never lose again.
We'll lose on Saturday, sadly.
-
In attendance. Fun time, fought through the early ugly, flipped a switch, lights out dunk a thon

dunks are the only Nikes wide enough for gentleman of a certain age and/or body type
-
That game was the perfect finish to the regular season. This team plays the most fun brand of basketball of any K-State team I've ever seen. The last hour and a half of that game was a fever dream, I actually started to feel sorry for OU.

I think the coordinated coach outfits is the real problem here. One guy wearing the purple dunks probably isn't a problem, but like the 13 staff members all wearing them is a lot.
And yes, a magical game to cap off a magical season!

Old man back. I can relate.
-
Didn't watch the game but there was never any doubt in my mind that we would win.

Yeah, listening I got that vibe as well, Wyattvision kept saying "man these OU players keep battling" to make it more sympathetic for them, it sounded like it was a buzzsaw for them and a dream for us. Sucks (for those players) to be on the opposite end of that.
-
One cool aspect was that you could still see it even when shots weren’t falling in the first half. Guys were flying around making effort plays. Then we hit a couple of shots and turned into the showtime lakers. Beautiful
-
A lot of electrifying plays in that game last night. Probably Desi's second best game as a Cat. His defensive rebounding in the first half was big while the Cat offense was in neutral. A fun celebration of the season in the OOD.

Yeah, we missed 37,000 layups, it really should have been another 100 point game.

KU and KSU at the top of this ridiculous league would be p cool.

Wild Ish Massoud stat from _fan
He just needs to quit shooting 2s, unless it is a point blank put back. He's 22.7% at the rim, 11.8% on 2 point jumpers, and 41.7% from 3.
-
You’d think he’s like 5’ 3” based on that stat.
-
The consistent level of intensity from dude to dude and play to play is impressive.

His attempts are close to 3 per game from deep right? Having that kind of sniper on the floor definitely helps spread the floor out.

Yes and he's guarded now very differently than he was earlier in the season. He gets the hardest close outs of all time. Marquis doesn't get hard close outs because the defense is worried about the blow by then he making it a 5 on 4 possession.

Ironically enough, you cosplaying as a young person on the edge of the zeitgeist is giving real hello fellow kids vibes. You've been registered and posting here since most current college students were 6,7,8,9 years old. Stunted in his "I get older but the college students stay the same age" phase.
-
in his defense, i think stuns has been posting since he was like 3
-
I just googled what are nike dunks.
-
Same. Literally never heard of them. Tbf haven't worn nike since I was in high school and every rough ridin' year for every sport or casual leading up to it after 3rd grade. They were crystalized as a kid's shoe for me personally as a result.
-
Not just talking about our team here, but what's up with the number of coaching/staff members literally sitting on the bench increasing from 4 to 13? Those timeout huddles are rough ridin' huge these days. When did this happen?
-
All season, my guy. It happened in college basketball a couple of years ago, oscar didn't want to expand the staff so he didn't. Baylor has had an expanded staff for a couple of years, so i'm certain that it was a requirement for Tang, as it would have been for most coaches who aren't stuck in the 20th century.
-

how the hell can we have such a huge staff of made up titles

When The Sauce is divine I don’t demand to know what’s in it, I instruct my waiter to relay my compliments to the Saucier. C’est si bon, Monsieur!

This staff turned me into a sneakerhead. I have, never in my life, before this year, purchased a sneaker with the intent of them being a casual shoe, now I can't stop. Anyway, the dunk thing, and frankly a lot of trendy, expensive shoes are driven by Milennials and Gen Xers, not zoomers, because well we can afford them. Gen Z current shoe trends are ugly crap, like crocks with socks and white air force ones. What's hilarious about the dunks is that you can get shoes from Niks, in the exact same color pattern, that are Jordans, not dunks, for a much better price. I think the trend really got hot with the Panda Dunks.

I got these Jordan Brand black, white, and purple golf shoes, no spikes, for $70, a month ago

The best ones, though were these ones they wore for Coaches vs. Cancer in the game here against Iowa State. I saw them and fell in love, one of the 87 coaches we have tweeted the link and I literally ordered them from the stands at the house of mold.

One thing I've learned from buying and wearing these Nikes, especially the dunk highs, is that they are very uncomfortable, and I'll stick with adidas for shoes I actually do crap in.
