I would like to offer you a job with the Kansas State University football team.  Your salary will be what we are going to make now that the losers are gone minus what we used to make when the losers were here. Please talk to Dax about the actual numbers.  (Make sure BMW isn't around though) There also a 2 million dollar signing bonus.

Guys, another reason why the MWC was scary.....because our chances with GP would've been completely gone.

P.S. Gary,

The Big 12 has the best access to Texas talent...your expertise and ticket to the big time.   The only jobs that are going to open within the next 4 years in the Big 12 Texas A&M and KSU.  Do NOT pay attention to A&M.
