She refused to give them her last name or middle initial, even though they were at her house, had just spoken with her neighbors, and could easily find out her name, regardless. People being obstinate with the police for the sake of being obstinate is dumb. They were just trying to give her a warning. Just say, "Ok, thank you. I'll keep that in mind" and go about your day. They are law enforcement, not law makers. If you disagree with the law, your gripe is elsewhere. Also, to what end, pissing off cops?
