Yeah he needs to go. Love that guy but coaches for a crap school with a crap fan base. Absolutly hate, HATE! Michigan State.

Poor timing. Would love to see Frank end up somewhere like Michigan State once we are UTEP North.

Yep. Where ever Frank goes will prolly be the new school's athletics I follow once we are putting out teams that can't beat Rice or Tulane.

Hope it's somewhere close enough to road trip every once in a while. Think Frank would meet up with us and talk about the glory days once in a while?

Just curious. Why is MSU so bad?
I just started graduate school at MSU and I love this place. Although, there is nothing resembling an Aggieville... (any suggestions?).

MSU grads are hyper arrogant. Just hired one 6 months ago and before I got to fire him he quite. He thought he was too good for the job he was hired to do. I had another one apply for the job after this one left, he wrote me a letter telling me that I should pay him more and eliminate another position I was trying to hire becaue he was so good we would not need that other position. Needless to say he did not even get an interview because of his dumbassyness. Anyway just through the interview process I talked to a good 6-7 MSU grads all of which were way over confident in there abilities and all need a reality check in the worst way.

do you expect them not to be confident while interviewing for a job?

Give me the resume of the guy who said he was really good and you could thus eliminate other people. I'm looking for people like that.

My family is full of MSU grads and I've never experienced anything similar to this with any of them. That one person does not define MSU.

Srsly. I had a dude like that turn a resume in, and he listed his two most recent jobs as "CEO" of a company that he himself had founded. Pretty fantastic. I brought him in for the interview just out of curiosity. I mean, what if he really is a herculean proletarian? Can you imagine if you were the moron that didn't even interview him?

I know right but if he was so great why is he applying for a job that pays $14/hour? It seems to me the way he describes himself that he should just step into the president position somewhere. Confidence is one thing but being rediculous is another. You come in and tell me that he can do the job of 2 people and not really know anything about the job at hand I have to laugh at you. He has not even been to the sight he would be working at, how is he going to tell me that he can do the job of 2 people. To be honest we will be understaffed even when these 2 positions are filled.
Oh, and I'm not paying to have another jackass fly in and waste my budet to listen to how great he is and just realize he is a jackass and needs to stay as far away from me as possible.
To be honest I did interview (I had interviewed the same person 6 month earlier for the job) these people and non I mean non were qualified, despite what there resume said, he had trouble answering simple questions and I was going to have to baby sit him like I did the last MSU grad so no thanks.

I know right? Pretty Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!) how no body, I mean no body, around here needs jobs but yet those Michigan people (with MSU degrees) can't seem to keep one. Just not many locals apply.
There are qualifications that apply to the position so not just anybody is qualified.

The real issue still has not been touched on...
Where do I go to get my Aggieville fix? (I know very few places can compete, but I want solutions - not problems)
