Just curious
-
Depends. What are the expectations?
-
We are only one game in, so it’s not fair to judge the entire season yet, BUT this feels just as bad as the last season or two before Bill quit the first time.

there's a chance it was a 1/100 freak game where everything went wrong.
-
Didn’t watch, how did skylar look?
-
He looked ok for the most part. He was actually one of the very bright spots.

Somewhere between Dylan and Coffman

Hopefully his footing is more steady than Dylan
-
Perfectly still.
-
Rough choppy waters
-
Duck boat waters.
-
Heavy ripple. Hoping for no whitecaps next weekend.
-
Calm right now but probably Cat 3 choppy starting at a about 11:30 next Saturday.
-
For two drives, man. The rest he looked lost. The game may have slowed down for him late, I hope, but he was struggling getting to his second read and, just like Delton, threw to covered receivers and missed open receivers down field.

Oops I meant to say very few. And by bright spots, I mean he was mediocre overall but at least good by comparison to most other aspects of the game.
-
But he’s a winner though. He’s got the intangibles that teams crave.
-
I didn't watch the game, but I won't let that keep me from posting about how dog poopish it is to almost lose to South Dakota at home with a pair of returning quarterbacks.
I simultaneously believe that Snyder gets to go out any way he wants, AND that he's an incredible waste of money at his current salary and is effectively stealing from us at this point.
He is both our football creator, and our football destroyer. In short, he is our football higher power, and there is absolutely nothing that any of us can do to stop that.

We cannot stop Ragnorak. It has already begun.
You should watch the game btw. It’s both worse than you can imagine (horrible play) and not as bad as the score reflects (bad officiating and bad luck).

Feels like 2011

:sdeek: wtf? Both QBs were abject disasters, literally the worst unit on the field.
-
Overall I agree. It should never have gotten to crunch time. But he did come through in crunch time.

He overthrew an open receiver on third down and his wide receiver bailed him out.
-
With the exception of a couple of plays by zuber, our offense was a nightmare

The TD to zuber was where it had to be. Any lower and it is batted down/intercepted. It was thrown over a wall of defenders.

I will just say that I am pretty when I get to thinking about our QB 1 Skylar.

Did anyone else keep yelling at the TV because he would never dump the ball to the running back? That throw was open ~80% of the time on plays where the pass went to no one because we were forced to scramble for a 1 yard gain. I thought we were going to be featuring more throws to the RBs this season like Warmack from the slot?
