Pretty weak other than games against :kstatriot: and Baylor. Who the shazbot! is Longwood?
-
What's with calling KU "UK?" Are you guys really that jealous that you had to be relegated to the state school in Kansas?
-
looks pretty good for 1995

exactly. a lot of big name has beens. pretty typical for masta seff though, i think last year he had the 11th of 12 big 12 OOC's.
-
Hey KU, feel free to beat the ever-living crap out of A&M - Corpus and UT-Arlington for me. I mean that with all sincerity.
-
Typical garbage non-con. Basically any program in total shambles is on their radar. Talk about trying to relive the glory days... :jerk:
-
Who the shazbot! is Longwood?
That's my stage name :gocho:
-
Wow, can that schedule get any easier?
-
Someone please tell Self that Russell Westbrook and Darren Collison have graduated...
-
a schedule obv developed to try and pass the Cats in the polls
-
Yet another KUpcake schedule...
-
That may be one of the greatest has been schedules in college basketball history.
Wow Seff . . . just wow.
-
some college basketball analyst dude somewhere says this is the #1 schedule in the country ... haters
-
Someone please tell Self that Russell Westbrook and Darren Collison have graduated...
Trust me, he knows
-
God, they should be embarrassed by that schedule. Of course they're not since they have no morals or pride anyway. Longwood (sounds like a fake school in a National Lampoon movie or something) was on our sked back in the Wooly era at least once.
-

Exactly. They wouldn't be on the schedule.

Memphis is adding three 5-stars next year, and teams like UCLA, Arizona, Cal, and Michigan are far from cupcakes.

How many tournament games did Memphis, UCLA, Arizona, Cal, and Michigan combine to win last year?
-
What does last year have to do with this upcoming season? Memphis is adding three 5-stars, which might make a bit of a difference.
-
Prolly trying to keep their legs fresh for the NCAA tourney this year.
-
What does last year have to do with this upcoming season? Memphis is adding three 5-stars, which might make a bit of a difference.
It's pretty safe to say that a handful of teams that couldn't even make the tournament last year are not all going to have big runs this year. Maybe one or two of them, but at least half those teams will be shitty again.
-
Ohio beat Georgetown in last year's NCAA tournament. Are they going to be better than Memphis, UCLA, Arizona, etc?

Seeing as how 70% of the players are the same for these teams, I'm gonna have to say a crap-ton :dunno:
-

They were last year. I don't follow Ohio basketball well enough to know what they have coming back. I see KU has Ohio on the schedule. You should have pimped them instead of all those crappy teams.
-
Lolz at Michigan basketball.
-
Keep in mind I'm dealing with the same clowns who thought the road game at Tennessee last year was cupcake central. The pure delusion when it comes to anything KU is quite the phenomenon.
-
that's a pretty bad noncon schedule. i'd be pretty upset if i was a ku fan.

Well, I guess Tennessee showed us that that's why they play the game. :alleyoop:
-

Yeah... I'm totally upset that KU has a great chance to start off the season undefeated.
-
Why not throw UNI on there to have a shot at the split for 2010?

Great idea.

based off of what they've done in the past....
What does last year have to do with this upcoming season? Memphis is adding three 5-stars, which might make a bit of a difference.
Then asking what the past has to do with upcomming season...
Ohio beat Georgetown in last year's NCAA tournament. Are they going to be better than Memphis, UCLA, Arizona, etc?
And right back to basing things off of the past...
:loudclapps: You sir, are a pro!

Some KU phans are defending the scheduling, but it looks like most think it is a garbage schedule.

You, sir, have no ability to read. The point of my Ohio/Georgetown post was that last year is meaningless.

Where are these teams ranked in next year's preseason polls? tia

Memphis is in everyone's preseason top 25.

 Is Memphis the only ranked team on your schedule?
That's even worse than I thought.

there's a 4 page (http://mbd.scout.com/mb.aspx?s=172&f=2481&t=5972208) thread on Phog.net that pretty much mirrors this one :babywillie:
-
Looks like UK has a GREAT chance of winning the Pac-10 this year, since they of course wont be even a top 3 team in their own conference this year
-
USC - 1st round
Memphis - 2nd round
UCLA - 3rd round
Michigan - 3rd round
Arizona - Elite Eight
Yep... just a terrible non-con schedule.
:flush:
-
grats Beams.
-
it amazes me how ku fans are looking for validation after the zona win tonight...it is the tournament no one cares about your schedule anymore..but ku fans want everyone to know that they beat zona!!

Iowa State beat Alabama State who made the first round and Colorado who is in the NIT Final Four. :excited:

Nick Wright had a pretty good tweet about this.
-
I'm imagining a list of bookmarks about a foot long on Beems' laptop that he has marked for bumps when he can validate. Too bad for him 90% of them are bumped by us so we can rub his nose in crap. Keep up the good fight Beems!
-
THEY BEAT ARIZONA! LOOK HOW GOOD THEIR SCHEDULE IS!
-
ku fans also jumped all over Gregg Doyel yesterday as well. Like clockwork.

It doesn't amaze me anymore. Every day is ku fans looking for validation.

I bet this guy gets tons of death threats too.

So far in this NCAA tournament, the top-seeded Kansas Jayhawks are riding an easy-looking path toward the Final Four.
Yet again.
