Based on your visit and mine, I can scientifically deduce that it rains more in Manhattan than any other spot on earth.  Place is probably crawling with species not yet discovered and medicines to cure every human condition.

No joke, whether has been ridic lately.  Also, enjoy empty Manhattan during the summer.  No traffic and can pretty much get into any restaurant without waiting.

it's the best thing in the world. it's like you're the mayor, and there is nothing they can do about it.

Toured a house that was like, slanted. Looking at a couple of places tomorrow, really encouraged by "Mont Blue" on McCain or Wildcat Inn. Anyone know about that apartment complex on here? Mods?

here is my help...

if you are coming up from texas on 135 through dallas and wichita... you want to stay on 135 north until just north of newton kansas.then take highway 50 to florence and then take 77 north to I-70 east and then take that until exit 303 then follow signs to mhk. fastest way.
