So what thing did you do today that you put effort into?  Doing it with gusto, strain, effort sweat .....

I was constipated this morning.   Manly effort.  Free at last!&!

I painted a white door red. Lived the #unclife. Helped mom around the house.

Haha no. Pretty sure you need insurance and other stuff that I'm not privy too. I stick to helping friends and family.
