I am conservative, but not a brownbackedup one. Sometimes you have to purge the ideologue crap crom you system, and do what is pragmatic. These igits in the Teaparty that wants to let the government default are stupidly blind. Man I hope grown ups get control - this group doesn't include any democrat leaders.

Someone pull toghether all the liberal posts about how the debt isn't a big deal. I guess you can just ascribe those to me now that my "team" is in charge (not really, but I do love that liberals are suddenly budget hawks - an opportunity for bipartisanship? - nah they only care about tax cuts and spending money on stuff they hate, like a big beautiful wall.)

Are there any liberals coming out against raising the debt ceiling now?

"Just numbers" Libs on Debt and Budget Deficits (2008-2016).
FYI - Obama's last Fiscal Quarter in office, record tax receipts, still about $300 billion short of paying the bills during that quarter.
But now, Dems want to talk . . . Budget

money is no object (within reason), as long as a republican is in charge . . . Sad.

Haven't said that.
But if Dems are going to meltdown at every hint of a "budget cut" (that's not really a cut) on anything, then nothing is going to happen.
