oscar gonna oscar. The type of effort/intensity you've wanted to see from this K-State team all year that you've only seen in spurts. A solid defensive performance with great 2nd half offense.
Also, Maurice broke the offensive rating formula. It computed a negative number, so I left it blank. I guess 8 points in 8 minutes on 6 shots does things to math.
-
1) we scored 67 pts last 50 Possessions after a laughable start of TOs (4) and rim missing 3s(2)
2) After Baylor got it to 62-57, we hit 8 of next 10 FTs ( we went 6-6 last minute at Tcu)
3) last time we went 50% 2pt & 40% 3pt (and under 20% TO)....was in Stillwater
FAN, I don't know the exact # of Poss, but 43 minutes last 4 games, Maurice 14-21 FG, 32 Pts

Bullnuts has been slow to develop, but last night was what I have hoped he could offer. Sneeded and Flush picked a good time to get hot. Can anybody diagnose Claws for me. I am starting to get hopeful, and think Oklahoma game.was a bad anomaly; maybe due to our young team and if you recruit gems that have to be polished it.takes awhile.for them to shine. The weed year probably hurt this program more than we know. I and others on this board have been giving Weber crap. Well I can eat crow and admit I am wrong. It is not fair to punish Weber for running a clean program. A decision should be based on whether be can lead this program to achieve the expectations of a passionate and fervent fanbase.

Can someone get me a Carlbe flush gif asap???
-
Carlbe's dunk and celebratory high stepper routine has me all in #4BRUCE!

that was a fun game to watch and it was a fun game to win, i don't care how much you hate oscar
*side note- i understand why DJamer was playing but the match up favored Isaiah and he looked more than capable against BU's post players, so that's good

Over the last few games, Maurice's play has reminded me of JO's last few games -- obviously JO was at a higher level, but very easy buckets, redirected shots on the defensive end - and oscar doesn't seem to have a plan to make more use of it. Odd, especially with Wade being non-existent last night.
-
I don't understand how Maurice can always be so wide open on pick and rolls but DJamer and Wade never seem to be. Do people just not respect Maurice?
Also lol at subbing DJamer offense for defense to avoid a fifth foul. It was like an automatic Motley bucket, but at least it wasn't as bad as Drew sitting the French dude. Unless maybe Drew wanted to keep oscar around another year.

yes on all of that. i kept thinking, "oh man, drew is going to remember that he has that french dude who has been lighting us up and put him in" but he didn't remember! thanks drew!
and oscar subbing DJamer in was just bruceology

The french dude [sic.] (He's Belgian or something weird you racist hicks) got hurt on that travel where he slipped.
Drew (idiot savant) obv didn't want him to get more hurt going into the tourney.
-
Wasn't he the one who hurt his finger?
Edit: guess so. My assumption is he told coach it hurt too much.

He was coming off an ankle injury. And yeah Belgium, he's kind of Drew's Angel.

Sounds like Baylor was pretty boogered up.

Lecomte reminds me a little of Clemente. He's not as fast as Denis, but the way he comes off screens and shoots 3s, or dribbling off the high ball screen...I just see some Denis in his game.
