Here's all the contract documentation.  The 2nd extension is ghost, but there's articles about it.

We are assuming Underwood wnts to come here.  Upside is better at OKSU given they have sugar daddy TButts Pickenit.

I'm good with just a pallet of whatever soda Weiberg drinks in exchange. They do need to haul it in the office though not some poor intern.
