Got charts for everything. Less chartin' and more coaching. These just seem like justifying poor performance.

After KU game oscar said we kicked their butt on the play hard chart. ????

We had 11 more offensive boards, partially because we missed so many shots. Winning the offensive boards battle will go a long way to bring a PHC* championship.

Play hard charts or whatever are fine as motivators for players. oscar using them as some sort of qualifier, especially after a loss, that is a problem. All coaches have some sort of play hard motivational tactic similar to oscar's chart, its just most of the time that stuff is kept in house where it should be.

Or at least post them on twitter :crossfingers:
He should go oscar wilde and post it in order to highlight the importance of being earnest.
