Title: Huggy and the Huggettes

I would have a hard time to determine how to bet.

So we need to find a way to low energize them. Okie Dokey Lon used good guard play.  I imagine it was a non helter.skelter game and didn't play into the Huggette.style.  After the loss Huggy said if  you are the big dog.with the bone.you will lose it in college ball.  I haven't been at a home loss yet this year, hoping to get a bone.

Just like Baylor, we're playing them after a loss. They're too good to lose 2x in a row. Kam prolly out.

Break the press and you break this team. Don't commit more than ~15-18 TO's and you'll be right there in it at the end. Take them to OT and you've all but won already, apparently.

You see Cdubz this is where we hit our wall.  Oscar if it is close will get a technical and then someone will shoot a stupid layup and you will win by one.  And no OT will be played.  Therefore you will be 2-0 against the cats come the end of league play

Whereas I feel this sentiment, it is a pretty dumb one. Any team is capable of losing two games in a row. If you are saying Huggy is better at adjusting to shortcomings than oscar is to taking advantage of them, you might have a point.

Stokes is the key. If he's healthy enough to be effective, I think the Cats have a great shot. You have to have guard depth against the Eers.

This is my tuck showing, but I also think it matters how the refs call the game. Our guard depth will be exposed if we get too many of our backcourt guys in foul trouble. It might also rely on if they are getting away with egregious fouls for steals and easy layups with their press.

I agree with you. You've got to be ready for WVU pressure and it's part of it, but how the refs choose to call the game matters. And it didn't seem to matter if it's at WVU or not.

this is a must lose game.  technically we can win and still miss the tourney, but it'd be an uphill battle and i have no patience for one of those.  ergo, we must lose.

I saw Kamau walking around on campus, even jogging to catch up to a group of people. I believe he will be fine for Saturday's contest.

This game really revealed to me how much I still hate Huggins.  I almost never hold grudges and am generally very quick to forgive and forget but for some reason I can't with him.  I don't think I realized it until tonights game.  I called him a bad word and got in major troubs cause the kids were in the room.

Agree.  Oscar said it helped.  I think everyone hollering like heathens rattled the Huggettes.  Even heard the bovine excrement cheer.
