I am tired of nanny do goods suing every presumed boogything all in the name of protecting children.  I didn't let my kids drink pop, my responsibility.

Consumer demand is already driving down sugar in soda and increasing low cal or no cal options. I agree with the sentiment that we downplay how bad processed sugar is but it's not a legal issue.
