Title: Kyle Ball
Post by: TheHamburglar on October 22, 2016, 04:42:07 PM
Seems good at rushing the QB.  We burned his redshirt in game 7, which is interesting.  Wolters said he was banged up earlier in the year.

Looked good when I was watching him. Will pay better attention when I rewatch Monday night.

I was all, "Mueller!?!"

Considering we have a good line, he must be legit to burn his shirt now.  Dishon, Walker, and Bell for the next four years; I like.

yeah anytime you get a chance to burn a rs 7 games into the season for 1 play you gotta do it. isaiah harris is also probably pumped he lost a year of eligibility to catch 6 slants from hubener against fla atlantic.

Wolters made it sound like he'd be part of that 3rd down all DE package most of the year if he wasn't hurt.  He was in there multiple times today.  I don't have a problem with it.

I don't get the Harris thing. With the decent depth at WR we have, and as young as it is, I didn't understand why he played in that game. And now he disappears.

I think even Snyder knows he doesn't have four more years of this. What's in it for him?

Same with Sutton.

sutton has seen a little more playing time, but yeah, also a waste. harris is just messed up on the coaches' part.

What exactly is a red shirt anyway?  I could probably use a refresher.

They have an extra year by not playing. There's a medical account too. We're still waiting to see if Ertz is up for it. There's also restrictions around what confirms a RS and a MS.

He's known for babying red shirts. Stop making this a thing. He's obviously decent.

Someone told me they heard Davis Clark is out for the season.  Ball is going to take his spot on the all-DE package the rest of the year.

the kids decide if they burn the redshirt.

I know that it's not really much of a choice if they ask you but nevertheless...
