That's a lot, right? We literally can't complete a forward pass.
-
Tech is really bad.
-
I honestly expected to be an underdog or PK
-
Tech is really bad.
they score a crap ton of points

Against scoring defenses ranked 80th (LaTech), 104th (Kansas) and 107th (Arizona State). Tech gonna Tech. I would hope that we would hold them down, especially if Mahomes doesn't go.
-
Come on guys.
Kliff on the road, against Snyder who has owned him.
Also, while we see a team that sucked last week, most of the country sees a team that lost a coin flip game on the road to a top 25 opponent and one of the better teams in the Big 12.
-

 snyder is 2-1 vs kliff. owned?
-
Everyone has owned Kliff but ISU and KU. He sucks.
-
Seems like a lot to me. It may not have updated yet, but when I looked at the game on my ESPN app a couple days ago it said the line was even, and I believed it.

I just looked at lines and even saw -9
-
That said, if we lose to TTU at home. :flush:
-
KSU will win, because. How, and by how many, I have no idea.
-
I guess what I'm saying is Vegas has more confidence in my Cats than I do. :frown: We both agree Tech sucks tho.
-

I messed up there, I had last year's score flipped. Still, I think we are more highly regarded this year. Outside of the OU debacle last year, we have played well at home.

We also almost won last year's game despite a monumentally bad start.
-
I have a 30 pack riding on this game.. so they better rough ridin' win
-
did no one watch our offense last week? how can any one of you believe we'll score enough to win?
-
i don't care how bad tech's defense is, if they are capable of putting 11 bodies between our offense and the endzone, i'm scared that we won't be able to score enough.
-
did no one watch our offense last week? how can any one of you believe we'll score enough to win?
Because EMAW, fool!
:ksu: :ksu: :emawkid: :ksu: :ksu:
-
did no one watch our offense last week? how can any one of you believe we'll score enough to win?
It's because Tech couldn't win the Sun Belt Conference.

neither would Ertz completing a third of his throws.

Tech doesn't have a) the talent b) the scheme or c) the discipline to play anywhere close to what WVU did.
-
Tech will score at least 35 points. If you think our offense is going to score more than that, you're just stupid. Dimel and co will out-scheme themselves and we'll lose another game in heartbreaking fashion.

I don't think Tech scores 35. More like 20.

But Viceland probably needs to get a cease and desist from Pursuit of Perfection, LLC.
-
This game has an '09 Tech feel to it whenever that backup QB threw for a billion yards in his first start.

Our defense is not giving up 5 TDs to any team this season not named OU. They've only given up 6 TDs through 3.5 games, and one team featured McCaffrey and the other had a senior QB and great WRs.
I don't think Tech scores 35. More like 20.
This is more accurate. If anything, TT is going to do what they normally do, penalize and turn the ball over sufficient amount of times to allow us to win this game. We do enough to win 27-20.
-
is anyone betting some soybeans and sorghum on this game?
-
I would love a statement game from the offense. Something that shows we learned from our mistakes last Saturday.
Come on Dana! :crossfingers:

How did you miss this? This was Dlew's infamous hat game.

Dimel and Miller could eff up the 2007 Patriots offense.

Looks like the line has moved to -10. Some smart (rich) people seem to know something we don't.

Bill bets on the games. Smh

Know something who doesn't? We cover -10, imo.
-
Who's willing to bet they'll play that at the game tonight?

Kliff seems like a really bad coach.
-
"It's fourth and 8 on our own 20 coach."
"GO FOR IT"
"We haven't converted on a 4th down all game coach"
"Ok. First time out, then go for it."
-
They had to go for it there. His defense was gassed and he only had 1 timeout, down 2 scores.
-
Backdoor cover
-
Bullshit pass interference on the last drive, too.
-
The 2 PI penalties on the drive warrant an massive federal investigation into that mongoloid officiating crew.
-
Our team is dogshit
-
But the best kind- not too stinky and somewhat firm
-
First dogshit team to hold them under 50 tho
-
I haven't been able to log in for months because of some screw up and then it suddenly lets me, and CATS WIN. :billdance:
It's a good day.
-
I can't think of a worse pi call. That was terrible.
-
We should have had these B12 refs at Stanford. PsOS.
-
Big 12 refs = severe autism
-
If the coaches hadn't lost the coal aggie game, Cats probably sure thing for :curse: :curse: :curse: at least a share of the title.
-

Yup
-
Guys, it's Tech. Calm the eff down.
-
Lit'rally
-

It was unreal bad, the whole stadium booed the last 2 minutes solid

One of the worst calls I've ever seen.
I was happy with the Cats outside the offense in the 3rd quarter. Tech is a solid team, especially on offense, and Mahonnes is really good. They came in averaging a nation's best 4.27 points per drive and we held them to 3.17 with that terrible call. The 2nd half was 10 points on 6 drives which is really good.

What's even worse with that call is that it gave them a chance on that onside kick. Which they got, and thank god we got mahonnes on the last play because if we lost because of that call I would have fought someone.

The refs didn't make us not cover an onside kick.

It never happens if they don't call that BS PI call Chings. Don't be dense.

Yes!
-
Yes, there is some skill in kicking and covering an onside kick, but a ton of it is simply the luck (or unluck) from the random bounce from an oblong ball. Its hard for me to get pissed about that.

Easy to get pissed at the way Burton just stared at that ball tho

At least he tackled Lauderdale. I thought he had a free run to the end zone.

I can't believe this hasn't been talked about more. He was an off balance step away from taking that to the house.

Fair. Burton's drops are annoying too.
-
Still salty about that PI call. Good booing from the crowd though.
-
The kicking team can't advance a kick unless the receiving team gains possession and then fumbles. It's a dead ball where the kicking team gets possession...

The kicking team cannot advance onside kicks once recovered

Burton is quickly becoming not "my guy" anymore

Yes. This sounded very good on the broadcast. Elite level booing.
-
The entire stadium joined in on a fantastic chant of "Big 12 refs suck!"
-
Thank goodness for special teams and that pick 6.
