Weber is unlikable as eff. He is awful as the coach for your team in every respect. Like, he sounds awful, makes horrible excuses, blames his players, is bad at recruiting, looks just ridiculous most of the time with weird facial expressions and the mouth/tongue nonsense. Bill is still at least a little bit adorable and makes you remember the good times before he decided he and his assistant coaches were the smartest guys in the room and were going to just fool every other coach by being clever.
