How many of y'all are tuning in to the weekly podcast done by former Wildcat Reggie Blackwell and friends from the early days of Snyder 1.0?

Didn't know it existed, thanks.
-
They just started it about 3-4 weeks ago... It's not too bad, but still a work in progress.
He had Eric Gallon on this week, who used to coach at Youngstown State. EG brought a nice level of expertise to the discussion of what to look for this week.

"Sometime you gotta line up and go."
"We got almost $1000000 tied up in two offensive co-ordinators."

Trying to get Joe Gordon on after his HS season ends... He's coaching down here in Dallas and season is still going. I might be on in an upcoming week as well.

Post OSU Huddlecast is up.
this week's Roasting Table:
Reggie => The Secondary
Eric => The Coaches.
"there seems to be a disconect." Good podcast but Eric's audio was sketchy at times.

In the post TCU Huddlecast at the 7:00 minute mark they talk about Barnes' injury and how Coach Snyder treats injuries. Its much different that a lot people here might think.

I imagine lots of things he does are much different than what people here think.
Could you summarize?

Basically two former players saying that Snyder was overly cautious with injuries and would make sure players were healthy before they came back. "Coach Snyder is never going to jeopardize a player." was an exact quote.
Also, very positive with the season and direction of the program. I like their take and not just because they are positive, they were very realistic and critical earlier in the year when things weren't going as well.

Yeah. They absolutely murdered the coaches after WVU and OSU, they went all the way to the top with @ing coaches.

IIRC, Reggie and Eric are saying less than 10 wins and playing for the Dr Pepper will be a disappointment.
Enjoyable episode, as always.

Yeah I don't agree with that at all but it certainly isn't a surprise that former players would have very lofty expectations.
The bottom line is the offense will absolutely be better but the defense is a total wildcard. If the defense doesn't improve we are going to be in a lot of toss up games. As much fun as I've had mushing people like trim, we could have easily been 6-6.
