Title: The colonizing the sun argument
Post by: Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!) on August 20, 2016, 10:26:03 PM
I was reading the "The CSU to the Big 12 Argument" thread, and it got me thinking: why arent we colonizing the sun? It's so warm and bright and beautiful, clearly one of the best planets. We have a campus in rough ridin' olathe for gawds sake, why not the sun?

There aren't any in olathe or salina  :dunno:

Plus, the promise of space travel may give us the recruiting edge we need.

Quote
ow big is the sun compared to the earth?
The Sun is 864,400 miles (1,391,000 kilometers) across. This is about 109 times the diameter of Earth. The Sun weighs about 333,000 times as much as Earth. It is so large that about 1,300,000 planet Earths can fit inside of it.

I bet Cartier Diarra learned about what was going on on the Sun during high school science.
