Post by: Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!) on August 20, 2016, 10:26:03 PM: I was reading the "The CSU to the Big 12 Argument" thread, and it got me thinking: why arent we colonizing the sun? It's so warm and bright and beautiful, clearly one of the best planets. We have a campus in rough ridin' olathe for gawds sake, why not the sun?

Plus, the promise of space travel may give us the recruiting edge we need.
