Title: Bizarre Things That Actually Exist In Nature
Post by: K-S-U-Wildcats! on July 01, 2016, 08:38:11 PM: I'm in Florida, and there's one of these in my back yard. This is where mangos come from. It's like a tree Dr. Seuss would draw, but actually exists.

its not too bad, you just have to stay in the south or within 15 miles of the ocean.

Post by: K-S-U-Wildcats! on July 02, 2016, 07:02:13 PM: Cut my foot on a sea shell yesterday. Not a huge deal or even that big of a cut, but today we were swimming on the river side of an island. I'm hoping that flesh eating bacteria can't live in brackish water. Can it?

Did see a 5-foot bull shark swimming nearby in the river. I mean the rough rider passed within about 50 feet of me. The locals I was with did not think this was a big deal. I got the kids out of the water after that.
