MSN had a headline kids as young as 10 own smart phones.  Too young.  These damn contraptions are ruining kids and America.

I realize I'm old and unhip, but I was recently at a conference and the entire table I was at was looking at their phones instead of listening to the speaker. I occasionally find myself scrolling through instagram, twitter, and the weather when strolling around, but I try to keep that in check. What happened to living in the moment as opposed to your world revolving around "posts," "snaps," and "tweets"?

We are developng a generation of self induced technotardation.  Kids can't spell, socialize, and have medical problems.  Their brain waves are scrambled eggs.  I wonder if the rise in autism, attention deficit syndrome, and the rise of hate is related to the use of smartphones.
