Wait until at least half way through the reception to take them. (Are you having a reception right after the wedding?)

I'm definitely more conscious of it.  I woke up feeling very lethargic and sick on Saturday.  Thought my electrolytes were probably deficient.  Went and grabbed a sugar free powerade from my local market and was in top form within half an hour.

Sugar free huh? Hmm. I don't really like p-ade but I can't drink regular g-ade after having g2 cause the regular kind feels like a mouth-full of gritty sugar. I might take a chance on this sugar free p-ade stuff

Yeah, supposedly you have to be careful to get potassium and magnesium.  I guess you pee it out faster when keto.  Also, they are harder to come by in decent quantity with some limitations keto puts on some foods.

I bet if most ppl tracked their micros, they would find they are supposedly deficient in some way or another.

Low dose aspirin, Vitamin D, and B12 daily.

I'm also going to crash WT wedding reception, get drunk and then get on the mic and say things like, "The Royals could be better",  "Alex Smith is a below average down field passer", "KC BBQ is slightly overrated but in a good way" and things of that ilk, and watch Wacks have a total meltdown  :curse:

i'd always read that a decently balanced diet provides most of the nutrients you really need, day-to-day.  Is there some insider knowledge im missing out on here?  I always assumed daily vitamins were a marketing ploy, and a placebo.
