Since the NCAA has "recoiled" from their SMU death penalty verdict they've gotten seemingly more lax on penalties with many now agreeing that cheating pays.
If UNC manages to only gets sideswiped on this deal then K-State should essentially never self report any type of violation ever again and should immediately fire any administrator who is against cheating.
