he's flat out stated he has no interest in being a vp. doesn't mean anything, but it was a little aggressive if that was actually his goal. i think it's more likely that he's delusional.

it was probably strategic. like an effort to show cruz that kasich was capable of hurting him in cruz states, so cruz would cooperate in leaving kasich states alone. if so, i'd say the move failed horribly.
