Including this year we have won our first tournament game 3 of past 9 tournaments.
Every time we have won our first game the last 9 tournaments we made it to the championship. 
We lose to ku every time we win at least 1 game in the Big 12 tournament 100% of the time.

It would be incredibly oscar like for this team to go on a run to the championship game, lose, and still have oscar get an extension.

We won the play-in game yesterday. The first game of the tournament is this afternoon.
