I really like oatmeal cookies. The problem is that most of the time people put raisins in them. :Yuck:

My dad made some oatmeal cookies with bacon bits in them a while back. Interesting.

I can eat like 1 raisin and then I am done. Those "raisins" made of cranberries though... :lick:

If you like craisins then just wait until you try dried tart cherries, the undisputed king of dried fruits.  A bit pricey but amazing.

Double Stuff Oreo

I take two and pop off one black part from each and toss them and smash the remaining together and then eat.  I will not eat just one regular Double Stuff Oreo.  There must be two.

Also, I do not like the MEGA STUFF.  The icing seems different, more mushy.

for those of you chocolate chip bros, this recipe is über alles

i use maldon sea salt flakes as the finishing salt
also, it's best to make them kinda big, the cookie ball should be just a tad larger than a golf ball

I have been waiting patiently to chime in on this thread, because of the high volume of incorrect information I thought it best to break my silence on this topic.

I eat cookies roughly once a week, sometimes twice, on the weekends.  When I do, I go hard.

I work out probably more than most at this point (you should see me naked), and I like to have cookies (among other things) as my reward on the weekends.  It's a big deal to me.

This coming weekend I am going to make the finest cookie known to man. The inside out Oreo....aka the Oreo Truffle.

http://dessert.betterrecipes.com/oreo-truffles-3.html

(https://goemaw.com/forum/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fimages.tapatalk-cdn.com%2F16%2F02%2F02%2F4ae6741305f243ed4cd5dc6a0cdea764.jpg&hash=4bed56ac3c6c8b9d6cd9135dd23c0c90cd19888b)

I hate everything about traditional no-bake cookies.  Cannot stand them.  However, while the Oreo Truffle is not baked by YOU, it has been baked.  You just reform it into a rough ridin' work of art!

If you really MUST cook something, then I suggest the White Chocolate Macadamia Nut cookie.  Savory, crunchy, rich, and sweet.  A special cookie indeed!

Not a cookie, plus not even as good as Nutter Butters which is a cookie.

To answer the OP the best cookie is Oatmeal Scotchie.
