Title: Official Writ of Mandamus on behalf of Pondwater Jack
Post by: Harry rex vonner on December 12, 2015, 10:45:20 PM
This is an absolute and unqualified command to EMAW to restore Jack Blasingame to this massage board, and to promote him to moderator.

You shall perform this task expeditiously and pay damages as restitution for the miscarriage of justice previously enacted upon my client.

This means now, you Islamist Halfbreed Norwegians

Sincerely
Harry Rex Vonner

RETROACTIVE to date this bowl matchup was announced!!! So that's $1400 and counting dirtbag

Pondwater Jadcks is a great American and would serve the board well. He would wield a tube sock full of nickels as his disciplinary hammer when needed....and maybe at times a pillow case full of bar soap.  He's already shown the ability to connect with family here too. So, I cite the Symmetrical Book Stacking of 1914 in my support for Harry Rex and hope you folks here will break the chains and cut through the burlap sacks that have kept Pondwater Jack captive for far too long.

Slatherdome, it looks like by owning this Big Train character, we own EMAW.

By owning EMAW, we own the ability to get Jack reinstated (by legal means, or by physical threats, or taking Big Train off their hands)

By owning Jack's fate, we own the persona who OWNED this board while here, and while banned, taking into historical account the prophet that Jack was, and still is.

Owning retroactive ownership... Who does that? WE DO!!!!  :emawkid:

Agreed, Racks. We will get things going via proactively owning retroactive ownership and therefore free Jack, in intrepid, human condition illuminating spirit and in reality. I will also get the 3 Vinnies ready and make sure the windowless, unmarked cargo van has a full tank of gas and is loaded with burlap sacks and duct tape as a contingency plan.

I should probably reach out to Manchurian Mikey the Younger as well to make sure he channels the power of Dave Christiansen and Crink Cranque.  :shakesfist:

It would seem that the PigCult fans would be better served by spending time fixing the various leaks on their '78 Winnebago's so they can make the trip to Memphis and calling Matt and Trey . . . that usually sounds like this, "Hey guys this is Bubba in Enola, and I was talkin to my cousin who is married to my sister, and he said that this is the year we're goin all the way . . .  Go Hogs!".

Levar Burton, thanks for the explanation. You seem like a good guy. I'll relay your massage back to Razorback Nation and see if they want me to negotiate to actually keep that Big Train guy. I doubt they will agree.

Can we keep Syrian refugees instead? Is that a chip we could play?

We will take TBT if EMAW will allow Pondwater Jack back on,....AND...AND...if you throw in a couple of motorcycles or ATV's

(we feel pretty confidant we could unload Train onto the Dallas Cowboys anyway, for some half-rolls of ankle tape)

POD, can you take this Big Train guy in for some Picture-Word Association testing?

If we're going to take him on, we should at least get some government funding for it, so we need to start documenting some of his deficiencies

Alright EMAW, you wind-whipped Illinois/German reject wheat gleaners, I'm turning up the heat.

Bringing in the muscle.

Navin Johnson.

Bad ass Memphis Lawyer, Navin. He doesn't play by the rules. Noggin thumper at first. Worse later on the hard heads. Doesn't mind waterboarding. Considers it a plus if you pay homage to Muhammad or into paganism.

Fan of Pondwater Jack. Not happy Jack's not been reinstated. Not happy at all. Navin ain't happy at all.

All right, inbred prairie dogs.  Navin Johnson now on board and wonderin' what the frick is your problem with our mentor and inspiration, Jackson Holly Blasingame, III (a/k/a "Pondwater Jack").

No self-respecting message board that aspires to greatness can forbid ol' Jack from chiming in regularly with his pearls of wisdom and his nuggets of knowledge.  I'm currently looking into obtaining a writ of prohibition against this board on account of stupidity and rampant spreading of STDs among livestock in the Manhattan area.  Can't decide which is worse.

I'll also ask that you all treat our scribe and historian, Harry Rex, with the respect to which he is due.

Finally, has your football team recovered yet from that butt whoopin' we laid on you a few years back?  Bwahahahahahaha!

Ah yes, remember that case well.  One of my finer performances if I might say so myself.  His Honor was all set to give you probation and court costs 'til my office called and told me your retainer check bounced.....again.

I'd probably have refused to handle your parole, but ol' Pondwater Jack stepped up to the plate and gave me some collateral on your behalf.  So you can thank him that you're even out now.  Oh, and if you happen to see him, tell him those gals from the Kansas State band sure do enjoy blowing on things.

I have un-banned Pondwater Jack.

Thank you Spock. And nice to meet you.

Admire your work.

This reminds me of the time I met Dr Phil in the Atlanta International Airport. I was standing behind this portly man at the Subway sandwich station when he broke wind. He looked around and saw me out of the corner of his eye (he'd turned his head slowly to make sure no one had witnessed him spraying gas, and he saw that I was fully aware since I had backed up two steps). So he apologized, and I said it was fine. A natural occurrence. And then he apologized a second time and offered to purchase my lunch.

I accepted. Just like I now accept your offer to buy me lunch Spock. Please drive to the Liberty Bowl down I-49 through Fayetteville, and let me know when you are coming through. We can dine at the restaurant of your choosing, at your expense, where I will give you ample opportunity during dinner to apologize for banning Pondwater Jack.

We ought to get the Flaming Spectral Head of Daryl Royal put back away probably.  Anyway, he says he's still banned which is good because if we're really honest I could use some of that punitive money to pay direct TV before they come for the dish.

Jack needs a died-in-the-wool K-State fan on this board to agree to change his avatar to the Shoney's Big Boy, as a sort of token apology for his ban.  Actually, he needs ten of 'em to do that.

I nominate meow meow and Thomas the Train as the first two.  Something tells me both have been thrown out of more Shoney's than they'd care to admit.

 :'bye cruel world:

P.S.  I don't know what that one means; thought it was interesting tho.

Correct. This is correct.

Jack does not appreciate the error404 he keeps getting when trying to spring forward from the forehead of Bramah and save you Wheat Farming Dotheads from Mesapotamian Purgatory. Yes that's all a figure of speech I'm not going to explain because.., just not explaining it. Error404. That's the issue here, and Keith Stone's satanic clamp on Jack's EMAW account.

Jack needs ten apologies. That's the price you all pay for his admission.

And he'll take that modship, thank you very much.

I'll reiterate.  Jack's been dealing with a flaming case of gout.   When your appendages are already as messed up as his, a case of the gout will really knock you for a loop.

Knowing Jack like I do, he's not going to come on board until he's 100%.  He don't want anything other than maximum effort and until he can give that, he's instructed the rest of us to lay the foundation.

Spoke to Darrell Royal's Floating Flaming Fulminating Spectral Head this evening. Said he had nothing to do with Pondwater Jack's gout because he's been trying to find this site. Said he kept running into blue emu commercials and something about purple head goo in maw. I suppose his lack of a torso and limbs is in part to blame for his web browsing issues.

You have 620 posts... you haven't been on here long enough to know Jack.
