High unemployment and low labor participation rate, a stagnant economy an ever increasing welfare state. Apparently Finland has learned that's a bad sitch, and is trying some new. (New? Wut?)

That's a good constitution thing about everyone is equal. We should add that to ours (and mean it this time)

not a new idea, but a good one.  seems like most studies i've seen that has looked at it has shown that providing unencumbered cash is better than other aid.
