Pay me a.million bucks each year and I will stick a flag pole up my butt and go to any sporting event.  Obama thinks this is okay.  Got to spend money to recruit.   Recruiting is down due to his management of DoD.

Recruiting is down because McDonald's is paying stupid people better, so they flip burgers instead of enlisting
