He's a solid pickup.

What encourages me about the 2011 class thus far is that it's full of solid pickups with a couple of exceptional players (Kennard, Sams).  Of the six listed commits, I can't see one I'd throw back because I think they'll contribute.

Harvill, Whitehair, and Williams (JUCO) are solid/good propsects.  Sams and Kennard are really nice pickups.  Pease is just an athlete that can play slot receiver or defensive back.

I didn't want to become optimistic because the moment I do, I'll have my heart broken, but things are better at this point than I thought they'd be.  I think we're already a year ahead of where I thought we'd be from a roster standpoint and with recruiting.
