Lot of character concerns about ku athletes among NFL front offices.  ku couldn't place less athletes in the NFL if they tried.

The Bears on Monday waived second-year cornerback Joshua Moore and signed rookie running back Armando Allen to the practice squad.

Moore, a 2010 fifth-round draft pick, appeared in three games last season as a rookie, recording one tackle.

Allen entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the Buccaneers. The 5-10, 190-pounder was waived after rushing for 28 yards on eight carries and catching a 20-yard touchdown pass in the preseason.
