He quit his job to run a Christian vlog.

Why do they always call it a "paid" Ashley Madison account? Is there another kind?
-
In case anyone needed clarification... God has forgiven this guy and so has his wife so his soul has been cleansed of this sin for quite a while so it's all good.

I don't see a problem with a woman forgiving her husband. Strange thread.

people really love when people who talk about sin then commit sin.
Gonna win 'em all!

I don't know about this case in particular, but the problem is that in many cases the women are made to feel like they have no choice but to forgive him. Divorce is wrong, you should submit to your husband, you must forgive because God says so, etc.

Alcoholics who quit drinking...what's their deal?

The correct metaphor here would be an alcoholic telling everyone else they are horrible people for drinking while they are secretly drinking.
Fwiw, recovering alcoholics and addicts tend to be very non-judgey

I've never watched any of this guy's videos, so I don't know if he's a hypocrite or not.

Mrs BAC has been hate watching them for the last couple weeks. The whole toilet pregnancy/miscarriage fiasco was just weird but overall my understanding is that by and large their videos are usually 10-15 minutes of a couple attractive people doing completely unremarkable everyday stuff with virtually no entertainment value aside from their goodlookingness.

People that want to be internet celebrities are weird. Regardless of their personal beliefs.

I figured you'd be able to complete the metaphor.
Look, I don't follow this couple. I have still not watched one of their videos, but from what I read about it, the guy confessed to his wife and family that he was an bad person some time before coming on the internet and making the videos about being a good person. So I don't think he was still secretly drinking.
I would guess that most people that are recovering cheaters are pretty non-judgey. Some aren't. Similar to alcoholics.
