...are reaping the rewards of the talent rich environment that oscar Weber has cultivated in only 4 short years.

My fear is that this cycle will continue, where we have awesome players with amazing attitudes only to be robbed blind by other schools looking for the next one-and-done phenom. It's oscar's own fault for being so good.

This is the problem with having too much success too early.  Instead of waiting 15 or 20 years for his for conf champ, oscar just did it took quick.  Now he and K-State have a target on their back, from low morale, high (on marijuana cigarette) players.
