Title: So, when does Currie . . .
Post by: sonofdaxjones on April 20, 2010, 02:01:40 PM
walk into Frank Martin's office and ask him why the F_CK K-State is paying Dalonte Hill $420k a year, and why Frank thinks his staff needs a pay raise??

Really, a Juco Point Guard from Tallahassee Tech School of the low Mid Major Rejects??

Great job basketball staff . . . you keep working that "right fit" strategy, and we'll all sit back and enjoy Frank trying to beat out Doc to avoid playing Wednesday.

Looks like 1988 all over again.  A couple of good years, and then straight off to basketball oblivion because the staff doesn't recruit for $hit.

You're right. Because all the "experts" have been way down on this guy. And I really don't understand why, with us having only 2-3 scholarships available this year, we haven't brought in a huge recruiting class for 2010. And on top of that, the 2011 class just looks like plain 'ol hawk turds.

I agree, the crap should hit the fan if this joker doesn't have at least a mystery 4* in his pocket for 2011

If this staff continues to recruit like this the new basketball facility will be the biggest waste of $20 million dollars in sports history.

maybe the reason why we need the basketball facility is because the staff recruits like this

JMFC. IS THERE NO ONE ELSE!?!?!?!?! The DC assault literally had NO ONE that was a senior?

Frank "SLTH" Martin is reportedly very happy about this signing.

you should read the recruiting threads.  that's why they're pinned.

We need to recruit better if we want to stay a Top 15 program no doubt.

This spring signing isn't really any different than any of Frank's spring signings.

The '10 class is actually better than the '08 class.  By quite a bit.

If we can't bring in a Top 75 or so in the '11 class, then I'll be upset.  The pattern is that we should get at least one higher level player in next year's class.

'07-Good
'08-Bad
'09-Good
'10-Bad/Mediocre

So '11 should be decent if the pattern stays the same.....I hope.
