It's a look at me video with a straw man premise containing flawed logic and lacking nuance. It's the opposite extreme of all cops are pigs that should be killed. It's a whole lot of words to say "look I'm black and didn't get shot by a cop the rest of you should be like me and these white folks won't shoot you either."
