Title: turnpikes and water canals

Since it is building season, do we need an east to west turnpike on the southern 1/2 of Kansas, should we end the water canal to western Ks?   Please keep a person in turnpike toll booths.

No, Western Kansas deserves only 2 lane highways

Why would you want someone in the turnpike booth?  What a huge waste
